Keep tracked repository content in English by documenting the policy in AGENTS.md and translating existing Korean guides, architecture notes, comments, and test descriptions. Preserve Unicode fixture values through escapes and retain the documented ownership, security, and concurrency contracts.
Prepare patch release 0.1.20 using the official release script. This follows the merged update-output PR #117 and the latest upstream viewer fixes.
Validation: independent translation review; no Hangul in tracked text; git diff --check; final workspace tests (2,224 passed, 6 existing ignored); viewer lint, 936 tests, and build; release automation tests (16 passed); release-policy check for all six version entries. Final workspace clippy, build, tests, and formatting passed locally; the final versioned viewer build matches the committed bundle. Hosted CI is required before merge.
