fix(viewer): give header and project-tab buttons the terminal toolbar's style - #125

…'s style Icon buttons in the header and on project tabs were a different size and lit a background on hover, unlike the terminal toolbar. They now share its 24px square and colour-only hover; a tab's close button keeps its red. Header icon buttons (settings, tab side, sign out), the project tab close button and
opennow match the terminal toolbar: 24px square, no hover background, accent colour on hover. Tab close keeps its red hover.Verification: tsc,
