## [Unreleased]

### Fixed
- `Security::Sanitizer.sanitize_file_content` scopes its denylists by file extension: with a `name:` ending in `.md` or `.txt` the command- and code-injection lists are skipped (inline code spans and sentences that mention `system(`/`eval(` no longer fail, though executable Markdown directives like `` !`cmd` `` still do), and `.sql` artifacts may contain SQL. `Workspace` passes the artifact name. The declared type never relaxes anything, so a call without a name and any other extension (`.rb`, `.sh`, `.yml`, `.json`, extension-less files) keep every check exactly as before; the encoding and file-system checks apply to all
- Test suite loads on Ruby 4.0: `benchmark` is a bundled (not default) gem there, so it is now declared in the Gemfile
- `EventDispatcher` slow-observer spec uses a monotonic clock and a looser bound so it no longer flakes on loaded hosts

# Which denylists an artifact may skip, by file extension. The command-
# and code-injection lists describe things a code file could DO; in a
# README a backtick is a code span and `system(` is a sentence about
# Ruby, and a static match on UNION SELECT inside a .sql file is a
# false-positive generator, not a check.
#
# The extension decides, never the declared type: the type can come
# straight from the model's response (FileGenerationCapability reads it
# from the JSON), so it must not be able to loosen the checks on a .rb
# or .sh file. Without a name nothing is relaxed. Only formats nothing
# executes are listed: YAML and JSON are config that tools run (ERB in
# a Rails database.yml, a CI workflow's run: step, a package.json
# script). Extensions not listed here keep every check.

# Raises SecurityError if threats are detected. Which denylists apply
# depends on the file extension in name: (RELAXED_SCOPE_BY_EXTENSION):
# .md and .txt skip the command- and code-injection lists but keep a
