docs: stop saying CPython refuses AI co-authors - #65
The AI policies guide says CPython "welcome[s] disclosure without demanding it, while still refusing the tool as a co-author", and gives CPython as the example for ai_attribution = "disclose" with CC014 set to warn. CPython's guide sets no rule for co-author trailers. A CPython-style project that copied that config would fail pull requests carrying Co-authored-by: Claude (CC015), which CPython allows. The link also pointed at the old generative-ai page, which now only redirects.
After:
The section is titled "Refusing the tool as a co-author, without asking for disclosure" and names pip and attrs, whose AI policies do close pull requests with an LLM co-author and don't ask for disclosure. It says plainly that the CC014 warning still suggests a disclosure those projects don't ask for, because no setting turns off a single rule, so warn is as quiet as it gets. A short paragraph after it says CPython sets no rule for commits (disclosure is appreciated, not required, and triagers judge whether the author can explain the change), so that kind of policy needs ai_attribution left at "ignore". The link goes to the current AI tools guide.
How: one section of docs/guides/policies.md. Nothing linked to the old heading's anchor. Site tests pass and mkdocs build --strict is clean.
CPython's AI tools guide asks for no commit trailers: disclosure is appreciated, not required. Name pip and attrs, whose policies do refuse an LLM co-author, as the example for the warn-CC014 setup, and say a CPython-style policy needs no check.
The guide updates examples for policies on AI co-authorship and disclosure. It also describes the ai_attribution setting for a policy with no commit-level AI rule.

Summary
Document policy examples docs/guides/policies.md
The guide uses pip and attrs as examples of rejecting AI co-authorship without requiring disclosure. It retains CC014 in warn while enforcing the other two rules. It adds CPython as an example with no commit-level AI rule and recommends leaving ai_attribution at "ignore".
commit-check/commit-check.com#64: Documents an ai_attribution = "disclose" setup for a no-LLM-co-author check, while this PR explains when "disclose" or "ignore" fits.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 95243
The guide can lead maintainers to request disclosures that the named projects do not require. Correct the example; this is a bounded documentation issue rather than a runtime blocker.
