Zenodo minted 10.5281/zenodo.22783324 for the v1.0 release (record titled "roseNNa v1.0", linked to tree/v1.0). The file now cites it, which matches the `version: 1.0` beside it. The DOI that was there, 10.5281/zenodo.7334627, is not the concept DOI as it might look -- it is v0.1's VERSION DOI. So the file has been claiming one version and citing another ever since, and updating `version:` alone would have left that intact. The concept DOI is 10.5281/zenodo.7334626, and it now appears under `identifiers:` for anyone who wants to cite the software across versions rather than this release. Both resolve: the version DOI to records/22783324, the concept DOI to the same place while v1.0 is latest.
