Since #183 every homepage major arrives as its own PR. That broke React:
the 19 major came in as a react-dom-only PR (#201) that bumped
@types/react-dom without @types/react, so `npm ci` failed on the peer
dependency. react, react-dom and their types have to move together, so
React majors now get their own group, listed ahead of the homepage group
so minors and patches still fall through to it.

tailwindcss 4 (#190) and lucide-react 1 (#200) both need real migrations
-- Tailwind's PostCSS plugin moved to @tailwindcss/postcss, and lucide 1
dropped the brand icons, including `Github`, which three homepage
components import. Their majors are ignored until those migrations are
scheduled, so Dependabot stops reopening failing PRs for them.

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
