👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with New to Jules? Learn more at jules.google/docs. 💡 What: Added a fast-path substring check (
if (!data.includes("vercel_blob_rw_")) return data;) insanitizeString(app/lib/error-reporting.ts) to avoid regex execution on strings that do not contain Vercel Blob tokens.🎯 Why: Running regular expressions (
VERCEL_BLOB_TOKEN_PATTERN) on every string passed throughreportErrorcauses unnecessary overhead, especially for standard error and context messages that do not contain sensitive tokens.📊 Impact: Reduces string sanitization processing time by ~60% for non-token strings (e.g. 1M executions dropped from ~91.8ms to ~38.5ms in benchmarks).
🔬 Measurement: Benchmark comparing
data.replace(...)directly vs!data.includes(...)check before regex replacement. Tested and verified withpnpm test, pnpm lint, and TypeScript typechecking.PR created automatically by Jules for task 7421494109359150768 started by @amrabed
