• 🎯 Impact: Publicly accessible endpoints processing unbounded inputs could be leveraged for CPU and memory resource exhaustion (DoS) attacks.
• 🔧 Fix: Replaced len([]rune(...)) with non-allocating utf8.RuneCountInString in handlePortalFeedback, capped the line parameter at maxNameLen (100 characters) prior to integer parsing, and added defensive store nil-checks.
• ✅ Verification: Added unit tests in internal/server/portal_test.go (TestPortalFeedbackInputValidation) and verified all tests pass across the entire repository with go test ./....
