Conference data refresh (2026/2027)

Researched every conference in scripts/recurring_conferences.seed.yaml for 2026 (verify) and 2027 (fill in) instances against official sources. Most 2026 rows were already accurate and correct.

New this cycle

• Nothing net-new added as a full conference-year row this cycle — all changes below are field-level corrections/additions to existing rows. (Several 2027 instances — Bioconductor, ACM BCB, useR!, MLCB, GA4GH Plenary, CSH Genome Informatics, CSH Single Cell Analyses — have not yet been announced by their organizers, so no rows were added for them; see "Not found" below.)

• CSH Biological Data Science 2026 — Oral abstract deadline: 2026-08-14 → 2026-08-28 (corrected against the official CSHL meeting page).
• ACM BCB 2026 — added "Full paper" deadline 2026-03-08.
• ASHG 2026 — added "Advance registration" deadline 2026-09-15.

Flagged for reviewer

• The CSH Biological Data Science 2026 oral-abstract deadline correction (08-14 → 08-28) is worth a second look since it's a date already close to/past "today" in this session's context.
