Enforce style guide: sentence case for ai-edge headings

Summary

Convert Title Case headings in the two ai-edge/ pages to sentence case so they match the rest of the recently added documentation.

Changes

• ai-edge/proxy-waf.mdx — H3s (Inspect the Schema, List and Inspect Proxies, Feature Reference, List and Inspect WAF Policies) and the Next Steps H2 rewritten in sentence case.
• ai-edge/waf-configuration.mdx — all multi-word H2/H3 headings (Configuration Steps, Step 1: Set Variables, Apply WAF in Observe Mode, Verify Policy Attachment, Switch to Enforce Mode, Configuration Reference, Paranoia Levels, Score Thresholds, Rule Exclusions, Targeting a Specific Rule, Test with a Known Attack Pattern, Best Practices) rewritten in sentence case. Proper nouns (WAF, PowerShell, macOS, Linux, sectionName) preserved.

Context

Every other MDX page added in the last week (all datumctl/* pages) uses sentence case for headings; the two ai-edge/ pages were the sole deviation. No cross-links referenced the old anchors, and technical content is untouched.
