Fix Codex Deck on current Windows Codex builds (validated with Codex 26.924.2738.0).

Two compatibility changes were needed:

  1. Preserve MSIX package identity when launching Codex.
    Recent Codex builds reject direct ChatGPT.exe startup with a package-identity error. The launcher now resolves the package AUMID and starts Codex through IApplicationActivationManager.ActivateApplication, while still passing the loopback DevTools arguments.
  2. Discover the Micro event bus in app-shared-* chunks.
    Codex 26.924 exposes the renderer event bus from app-shared-*. The runtime override and verification paths now include those chunks when locating dispatchHostMessage / dispatchMessage and the Micro handlers.

Validation

Manual end-to-end validation on Windows with Codex 26.924.2738.0:

Starting Codex 26.924.2738.0 with a loopback-only bridge on port 50803...
Codex package activated as PID 6440.
{
  "ready": true,
  "enabled": [true],
  "detected": null,
  "detectionMethod": "native-device-event",
  "nativeEventBus": true,
  "deviceHandlers": 1,
  "deviceEventDispatched": true,
  "clients": 1
}
Codex Deck is ready. Keep this Codex session open while using Stream Deck.

The main renderer remains app://-/index.html; the Micro event bus was observed in app://-/assets/app-shared-*.js with a live handlers map and dispatchHostMessage / dispatchMessage methods.
