Adds four built-in ModPlus tools: paged catalog and local-source inspection, a fixed read-only public sum-parameters service adapter, and interactive ribbon command posting. The supplied snapshot maps 84 available 2027 modules and 215 declared commands; this is not a full unattended port.
Calls verify the active bound document, ModPlus context and the exact sum-module SHA-256. Source excerpts are read as data, selections are restored after reads, interactive posting is blocked in unattended benchmarks and reports queued rather than completed. The exact prepared extension is superseded while preserving its file and edited overrides. Vendor source/DLLs stay local; only metadata is embedded.
Validation: 350 unit tests and 41 isolated production-adapter checks with real Anthropic schemas; local Revit 2025 API compilation. CI checks Revit 2027 and the native harness; release builds all supported years and scans exact packages. Actual execution in Revit with ModPlus remains unverified. README and setup/limits updated. Previously postponed review fixes are outside this PR.
