LICENSE.md becomes LICENSE, and its first line drops the Markdown heading marker. The text of the license is otherwise unchanged. The housekeeping probe allowed LICENSE.md at the repository root; that entry goes too, since the file it named no longer exists.

Renames
LICENSE.mdtoLICENSEand drops the#heading marker from its first line. The license text is otherwise unchanged. Also removes
LICENSE.mdfrom the housekeeping probe's root-Markdown allowlist (.claude/skills/housekeeping/probe.mjs), since the file no longer exists.Verified: the housekeeping probe reports no drift, and its test suite passes (90/90). The full CI preflight was not run locally.
