Adds a private evolution package with versioned pipeline contracts over normalized invocation evidence and immutable harness snapshots.

Reasoning

The package keeps evolution domain logic independent from coding-agent, the TUI, sessions, extensions, and other product control flow.

Separate Reflector and Curator ports preserve the division of labor described by Agentic Context Engineering, while structured mutation payloads preserve incremental updates instead of whole-context rewrites.

Background scheduling, recursive evidence slicing, scoring policy, exact memory operations, activation, and UI integration remain outside this change.

• Added versioned contracts for input snapshots, corpus manifests, reflections, lessons, instruction snapshots, proposals, validation reports, scores, mutation batches, jobs, checkpoints, and ledger events.
• Added deterministic SHA-256 provenance metadata with explicit producer, prompt, model, source, scope, and creation fields.
• Added injected ports for model execution, instruction loading, clocks, events, artifact storage, jobs, the append-only ledger, validation, scoring, and writing.
• Added thin stage orchestration that excludes evolution-generated evidence, checkpoints durable state, and records proposal outcomes separately from active memory.
• Added a target registry that enables evolution memory only and prevents deferred skill or orchestration findings from reaching a writer.
• Added fixture-driven coverage for successful and failed writes, deterministic output, target routing, and package dependency boundaries.
