This PR moves all the bindings-related directories (C, python, typescript, and bevy_rapier) into a
bindingsdirectory to keep the monorepo root better organized.This also bring in the
bevy_rapierrepository into this monorepo in order to facilitate keeping it up to date in the future (and to keep its user-guide in sync).As a result the https://github.com/dimforge/bevy_rapier repository will be archived.
