fix(proxy): pass through upstream errors for matched error rules and JSON bodies - #1521
Pass error.upstreamError?.rawBody ?? error.upstreamError?.body as rawText in resolveFinalClientErrorMessage so regular non-200 ProxyError.fromUpstreamResponse JSON bodies (where rawBody is undefined and body holds the serialized JSON) are parsed by deriveCandidateFromRawText instead of being rejected by containsRawJsonBlob.
Support candidateMessages in deriveClientSafeUpstreamErrorMessage so a raw JSON upstreamError.body does not short-circuit ?? and shadow the extracted error.message.
When an error matches an enabled error_rules entry without an overrideResponse, pass through the sanitized upstream error message and allow default model/SDK labels while still redacting internal providerName, URLs, domains, IPs, keys, and request IDs.
The changes since the previous review appear safe to merge.
Summary
The PR passes JSON upstream errors through the existing message cleaner and lets matching rules without response overrides return cleaned upstream messages.
Since the previous review:
JSON error bodies now produce readable upstream messages.
Matched error rules can pass sanitized upstream messages.
No new actionable issues were found. Checks were limited to reading the code; tests were not run.

Preserve rejected response overrides before enabling pass-through
When an enabled rule has a malformed override_response (for example after a manual DB edit), sanitizeOverrideResponse in src/repository/error-rules.ts:87-98 deliberately normalizes that configured value to null, so the cached match reaches this predicate with matched=true and no overrideResponse. This newly treats the malformed override as an intentional pass-through whitelist, bypassing passThroughUpstreamErrorMessage=false and returning upstream text where the pre-change behavior used the generic fallback; preserve whether an override was configured/rejected, or skip such a rule, rather than treating it as absent.

Changes Overview
This PR improves upstream error message pass-through by:
Allowing matched error rules without response overrides to pass through sanitized upstream messages even when passThroughUpstreamErrorMessage is disabled
Fixing JSON body extraction when rawBody is undefined
Supporting multiple candidate messages via candidateMessages array
Allowing default model/SDK labels when error rules match without overrides

Technical Notes
The implementation correctly uses lazy evaluation of hasMatchedErrorRuleWithoutOverrideResponse through an optional parameter pattern, allowing callers to pass pre-computed values while maintaining backward compatibility.
The cache mechanism (errorDetectionCache WeakMap) ensures error rule detection happens only once per Error object, preventing redundant database queries.
