Install Config

There are multiple ways to install Invictus. Here are two main methods to install and their instructions.

Standard Install

Install Invictus into the custom folder. This is the easiest and cleanest way.

1. Download the ZIP file (Invictus_v.zip) here.
2. Extract the folder into tf\custom in the Team Fortress 2 folder.

Make sure to check that the file structure is tf\custom\Invictus and not tf\custom\Invictus\Invictus otherwise the config will not work.

cfg folder Install

Install Invictus into the cfg folder. This can help with load times but can be harder to maintain.

1. Download the ZIP file here.
2. Extract the folder into tf\cfg in the Team Fortress 2 folder.

Installing alongside Mastercomfig.

Invictus supports integration with mastercomfig.

1. Download mastercomfig here.
2. Install mastercomfig as its instructions say.
3. Install Invictus using the Standard Install method.

Find Team Fortress 2 Folder

For those that need help finding the Team Fortress 2 folder.

• In Steam go to Library and find Team Fortress 2, right-click it and select Manage > Browse local files.
  This will open up your Team Fortress 2 folder.
