Adds OpenRide to
apps_config.jsonunder Fitness.OpenRide is a free, Apache-2.0 workout app for the Peloton Bike (Gen 2) and Bike+. It shows live ride stats, plays free cycling classes and keeps ride history with FIT/TCX/CSV export, and it needs no Peloton subscription. Its README already points users to OpenPelo for installation.
