Summary
Expose the QZ nightly Android APKs in the OpenPelo application catalog.
OpenPelo does not build or bundle the APKs. It downloads them directly from the official QZ GitHub releases.

Each entry uses GitHub's moving release URL:
This allows OpenPelo to download the latest QZ release asset without requiring a catalog update for every nightly build.
The configured Android package ID is:
The QZ variants are intentionally not marked as recommended, since they target different hardware integrations and should be selected explicitly by the user.
No APK binaries or QZ build changes are included.
Testing
Validated locally with Flutter 3.44.4:

A catalog regression test verifies that all ten QZ variants are present, use the
latest/downloadURL format, have an APK asset name, and use the expected package ID.
