ac142f75 (10-10) corrected PREDICTIONS.md and Session 107: the LRG1 growth ratio carried since 2026-05-26 (1.16 ± 0.13) is DESI DR1 Table 9's QSO row. The whitepaper was not updated and still prints the QSO-derived numbers as LRG1, in 5.15, the exec summary and the conclusion.

Verified against the primary source, not just passed along. I parsed arXiv:2411.12021v2 Tables 9 and 11 from the paper's HTML:

bin z_eff fσ_s8/fid fid fσ_s8 fσ₈
LRG1 0.510 1.09 +0.12/−0.14 0.4733 0.516 +0.057/−0.066
LRG2 0.706 1.05 ± 0.12 0.4608 0.484 ± 0.055
QSO 1.491 1.16 ± 0.12 0.3750 —
  • Prediction 0.418 sits ~1.5σ below the data; the paper says 2.14σ.
  • The registered 0.46 threshold is cleared by ~0.9σ; the paper says ~1.5σ.
  • LRG2: the paper prints 0.50 ± 0.05 (1.42σ); the tables give 0.484 ± 0.055 (~1.3σ). The site proposal did not cover LRG2.

Edit: dated [… 2026-10-12] bracket annotations only, nothing deleted. The verdict is the same kind as before (underpowered as registered, post-hoc, not counted), and every number on it gets smaller.

One point the source proposal leaves out: S668 (05-26) said the 1.16 was QSO's value, and on the number it was right. S672 faulted it for not checking the tables, which is fair, and then kept the QSO number. The annotation at S668 says so.

Build (local, CI scripts, run from whitepaper/): md/pdf/web-clean exit 0, 0 Missing character warnings, 0 U+FFFD, PDF 279 → 282 pages, annotations present in the PDF text layer and web sections 0/5/7/11. Only sources are committed; CI builds and deploys on merge.

…notate the five places it is printed

ac142f7 corrected PREDICTIONS.md and Session 107 on 10-10; the whitepaper still
printed the QSO-row numbers as LRG1. Re-read DESI DR1 (arXiv:2411.12021v2)
Tables 9/11 at the primary: LRG1 = 1.09 +0.12/-0.14, fsigma8(0.51) = 0.516;
prediction ~1.5 sigma (was 2.14), registered criterion ~0.9 sigma (was ~1.5);
LRG2 0.484 +/- 0.055 (was 0.50). Dated annotations only, nothing deleted.
S668's QSO diagnosis was right on the datum; S672 kept the QSO value.

whitepaper_sync.json last_review read 2026-09-03 through four logged passes while
PUBLISHER_CONTEXT.md section 10 names it the authoritative current state. Updated both
state files; entry in manuscripts/publisher/PUBLISHER_LOG_synchronism.md.
