Why

Scheduled dashboards moved to MetricsJar, so the Drafty plugin should only carry the canvas review loop.

What’s changed

Dropped --refresh and the bundled drafty-cron skill.
Trimmed the CLI help, README, and Drafty skill back to publish → comment → revise.

Demos

N/A — CLI surface cleanup; Bun/Node preflight and the live web contract gate are green.
