mrz-scanner/license/enable-supported-barcode-format.md publishes Barcode Reader licensed-barcode-format troubleshooting under the MRZ Scanner section. The answer refers to Dynamsoft.DBR.EnumBarcodeFormat and PT_READ_BARCODES, which do not describe MRZ recognition.

Replace it with verified MRZ licensing guidance if there is an applicable MRZ question; otherwise remove the MRZ article and its index entry. Keep the Barcode Reader version. Content follow-up outside PR #69.
