go.mod requires go 1.26.0 since #187, but the build-and-test workflow and the Dockerfiles still used Go 1.25, which fails with GOTOOLCHAIN=local. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
