the section inherits the parent context so we just need a stack label here (we would put an explicit serverless: unavailable otherwise)

Summary
The
data_stream_dataset/data_stream_namespacelabel routing feature was introduced in elasticsearch#148910 (v9.5.0). The Prometheus remote write page covers stack 9.4 (preview) users as well, so the "Route by labels" section was missing a version tag.Closes #7870 - see the issue for SME confirmation of the version
