Summary

The organization profile opens with the founder's banner (profile/banner.png, 2000×500) and the positioning of 2026-10-18: "An entire data team. One download." The agentic lakehouse for data engineering and analytics, described in the present tense, with the Status section as the only place that says it is not released. A new check in scripts/check.py keeps profile images in this repository, with alt text, at most 1 MB (nine new test cases). AGENTS.md carries the same rule and the architecture-review ground rule.

Note: the banner image shows the organization's contact address and website as part of the picture; the text rule (no email addresses) still holds and passes.

Architecture: go (2026-10-18).

Linked issue or spec

The organization's positioning (private record); docs/architecture.md (profile row).

Checks

  • task gate passes locally. Result (last lines of output):

    lint: ok
    test: ok
    41 passed

  • Added an entry to log/devlog.md (date, what landed, numbers, still open).

  • Tests added or updated for the change (tests/test_check.py: profile image checks).

  • UI changes: the profile renders on github.com/emolysis once merged; the banner loads from main, so it shows only after the merge.

  • Public repositories: the diff contains no secrets, credentials, customer data, internal details or content from private repositories (hygiene check clean).

The organization profile opens with the founder's banner and the approved
positioning: An entire data team. One download. The agentic lakehouse for
data engineering and analytics. A new check keeps profile images in this
repository, with alt text, at most 1 MB.

One ground rule: a contract change is checked with the architect session
before code; milestones and deviations are reported to it (emolysis/rules
standards/architecture-review.md).

Founder decision of 2026-10-18 (D21): public pages and docs describe
Emolysis in the present tense as a full product; availability is a
status line, never future-tense language.

The present-tense lines follow the founder's Notion positioning page
word for word.

emolysis-checks.yml gains the optional secret `token`, passed to emo check
as EMOLYSIS_TOKEN and never printed; the starter workflow passes the
caller's EMOLYSIS_TOKEN repository secret; the spec and README document
it; scripts/check.py checks the secret set, its description and that it
is optional, and refuses unknown secrets in a starter call; four tests.
The preview guard is unchanged.

claude-review.yml reviews once per pull request (opened, ready_for_review, the
review label), never on every push, with a cancel group per pull request;
ci.yml cancels the run a newer push supersedes on every ref and skips draft
pull requests; the review label; the starter workflow ignores Markdown and
docs/ and cancels on every branch (spec updated); scripts/check.py refuses a
review workflow that runs on push events, with tests. Founder decision of
2026-10-20 after the organization ran out of Action minutes.

claude-review.yml's concurrency group is per pull request only for opened,
ready_for_review and the review label; a run started by another label gets a
group of its own and skips, so it cancels nothing. The standard's safe-to-ignore
list drops docs/product/**: web's tests check the site's words against
positioning.md, so a repo decides per file, with paths negations where a file
inside an ignored folder must stay in.
