fix: restrict Miden bridge to priced assets

Summary

Fixes Miden-to-EVM quote failures caused by the wallet defaulting to an asset without a Pragma price feed.

• Restrict bridge source assets to USDC, USDT, DAI, WETH, and WBTC.
• Default to the first supported wallet asset instead of the raw first asset.
• Explain when unsupported assets are hidden or when no supported asset is available.

Validation

• Reproduced the failure with native MIDEN and confirmed a USDC quote succeeds.
• npm run typecheck
