Deletes packages/mcp and the imogen-sdk submodule (https://github.com/ergofobe/imogen-sdk.git), including the .gitmodules entry and the gitlink pin. .gitmodules was empty after the submodule section was removed, so that file is deleted too.

Not done: packages/server still imports @imogen/shared. No replacement package. package.json, Dockerfile, CI, and docs were not edited.

CI check job (Bun 1.3.14, as in .github/workflows/ci.yml) failed on the first step and did not reach lint, typecheck, migrate, or test:

The lockfile was not updated. This did not reach the @imogen/shared import in packages/server/src/app.ts (import { ERROR_CODES } from '@imogen/shared').
