Revises the app-green design with the findings of a four-reviewer pass (architecture, backend/API, UX, scope) and the decisions that followed.

  • Environments are (account, pipeline, stage): each work account runs one pipeline with Test and Production stages (verified with get-pipeline)
  • Deployed SHA comes from per-stage action executions, not the last pipeline execution
  • app-owned GitHub GraphQL query (git-green lists only open PRs, no merge SHAs)
  • v1 copies the pieces it needs; shared library extracted later
  • Both work accounts tracked; synthetic fixtures only
  • Step 0 linking spike before any build work
  • Write-safety rules for approve/re-run/status actions

PR merge SHA equals the pipeline's AppCode sourceRevision in both
accounts; compare resolves superseded runs. Adds exact-match-first,
stacked-PR and approval-wait rules. No real rollbacks to test.

20 tasks in 5 phases: pure core (model, link, rules) with full code and
tests, then adapters and resolver, read-only screens, actions, release.

All prod envs for in prod, running-now slots, rollback and partial prod
flags, deploy-unknown, repos per env in config, timestamp fallbacks.
