What is the purpose of this pull request?

PR to add plugin in playground includes the change in the url of Report an issue
the updated URL will take the users to the bug issue template of the respective plugin's repo and
to pre-filled the playground data in the issue template, url needs the id of different sections from the issue template.

What changes did you make? (Give an overview)

Added id to different sections of issue template for bug report.
