Upgrade the web stack and lint toolchain to current stable releases, including Next.js 16.4, React 19.3, Tailwind 4.3, shadcn 4.22, TypeScript 7, and Ultracite 8.
globals.cssintact apart from itssite.cssimport, with application styling in the imported stylesheets.tsc, preserve QueryClient instances correctly across SSR and suspension, and fix polling, pagination cleanup, JSON-LD escaping, and image dimension handling.instructionsand portablereasoning, and Base UI popover accessibility and preview positioning.Reviewed upstream changelogs and migration/API documentation, including Next.js 16.4, Base UI composition, Base UI tooltip guidance, AI SDK reasoning, and the installed Ultracite v8 upgrade guide.
Validation: 331 tests pass with no skips; lint (including shadcn and both Knip modes), formatting, Typst formatting, root/deployment TypeScript checks, frozen-lockfile installation, and production build pass. Ultracite doctor: 8 passed, no warnings. Browser checks cover desktop/mobile layout, navigation, themes, previews, accessible info popovers, diagrams, clipboard failure/retry, and polling/pagination transitions. Generated components and the base stylesheet were compared with the upstream registry output.
The build succeeds without database credentials. Its final run used the existing fallback for GitHub embeds that returned HTTP 403; an earlier build also completed with those embeds available.
