Promote the Go module and CLI from alpha to stable v2.0.0 after the downstream migration, published-consumer matrix, Windows lifecycle fixes and clean Arch regression. The existing release allocator will publish v2.0.0 after the protected master workflow passes, then allocate stable patches for later successful master pushes.
Update migration instructions, release notes and runtime guidance. Remove obsolete host ICU requirements and document the corrected PostgreSQL 15–18 bundles and Arch validation, including its emulation scope. Native CI, provenance verification, security checks and the 90% coverage gate remain enabled.
Validation: all 13 Python release/installer/module-consumer tests passed; release allocation selects v2.0.0 with the current tags;
git diff --checkpassed. Required public PR CI must pass before merging. After publication, verify all public release assets and attestations and the fresh Go/CLI consumer matrix before updating Node.
