Refresh the Alpine CI runtime to 3.24, the pinned Go 1.27 image digest, and the reviewed GitHub Actions pins together on current master. Update the platform documentation to match the tested Alpine version. This consolidates the three dependency updates into one validated master merge and automatic patch release.
All action commit pins were checked against their official tags. The individual dependency PRs each passed 14 checks. Local workflow lint and
git diff --checkpass; the combined PR must also pass the complete native/musl, PostgreSQL 15–18, security and 90% coverage gates before merge.Closes #172.
