I'm replacing the manual bitshifting code with derive-mmio and bitbybit bitfields for the SP804 timer.
I was doing to update the PL011 driver, but we didn't use it so it was easier to just remove it.
I also added defmt::timestamp! to the Cortex-R5 demo, using the new SP804 timer APIs.
