Backfills zh/changelog/changelog.mdx and en/changelog/changelog.mdx with user-visible changes from 2026-10-08 to 2026-10-19 that had no entry yet. Facts, numbers and UI labels were checked against the product source; each item links an existing doc page.

Left out

• Unverified: console dark-mode color change (the color change itself wasn't located in source).
• No reader-facing change: enrichment mapping replace/delete by key (bug fix, API unchanged), empty hidden template fields stored as NULL, status page certificate issuance (docs already say certificates are issued automatically), task panel stats timing, conversation font size and column width.
• Low value: status page footer "Powered by" link, widget 1.0.2 (English banner copy only).
• Already covered: war-room creation trigger (10-13 entry); RUM issue Resolved submenu (10-16 entry, labels corrected in docs: doc-review 2026-10-19 — WeCom hosted domain, Lark managed app, template send-test, RUM custom dashboards #1078).

Merge note with #1078

#1078 also adds a <Update label="2026-10-19"> block at the top of both files. After it merges, the two 10-19 blocks should be folded into one (expect a conflict at the top of each file; keep both sets of ### items under a single label and combine the descriptions).

Doc pages that look out of date (not changed here)

• on-call/integration/instant-messaging/dingtalk.mdx: says keys are regenerated on the edit page; the detail page now has Generate and show / Generate again.
• ai-sre/artifacts.mdx: says the agent can only publish HTML / Markdown; canvas, slides, video/audio and tables are missing.
• ai-sre/automations.mdx (en): uses Run now; the console label is Run manually.
• rum/quickstart/app-management.mdx: names the switch 异常会话补采; the console label is 错误会话补充采集.
• on-call/statuspage/widgets.mdx: example embed still uses 1.0.1.
• 2026-09-23 changelog entry: the DingTalk receipt emoji is added to the user's @ message on receipt, not to incident acknowledgements.
