The Library toolbar now switches between the existing horizontal cards and a responsive grid of 2:3 portrait covers. Portrait cards use Steam library_capsule artwork with the existing playtime pill at the top right, without a duplicate logo overlay. Manual games retain their title and launch errors remain visible.

Artwork continues through the existing lazy-loading, in-memory and disk caches. Older Steam games resolve portrait covers to library_600x900.jpg (and its 2x variant), while modern games use the hashed PICS asset URL.

Depends on #97. This PR targets its branch to keep the feature diff focused; retarget to main after #97 is merged.

Validation:

  • Svelte/TypeScript checks, ESLint and production frontend build.
  • Rust formatting, Clippy and Rust tests, including regression coverage for both legacy portrait filenames.
  • Release manifest test.
  • Steam CDN confirmed both legacy portrait variants and the provided modern capsule are available.

Visual verification could not be completed because no browser is available in this session.
