Follow-up to #576. CodeRabbit noted that the release instructions said a re-run of the keyed persona acceptance is cancelled by nothing, which overstates the pending case: re-runs of one run share a group keyed by that run id, a running re-run is cancelled by nothing, and a newer pending re-run replaces an older pending one. The sentence now says so.

Validation runs in GitHub Actions only.

Summary by Sourcery

Clarify the release documentation's handling of keyed persona acceptance re-runs.

Enhancements:

  • Clarify release documentation for how pending and running keyed persona acceptance re-runs are replaced or preserved.

Documentation:

  • Update releasing guidance to accurately describe concurrency behavior for keyed persona acceptance re-runs.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Clarified release workflow behavior for pending reruns: newer pending reruns replace older ones, while currently running reruns continue uninterrupted.

Re-runs of one run share a concurrency group keyed by that run's id: a running re-run is cancelled by nothing, and a newer pending re-run replaces an older pending one. The sentence said a re-run was cancelled by nothing, which overstated the pending case.

PR Summary by Qodo

Clarify pending keyed acceptance re-runs in release guidance

📝 Documentation 🕐 Less than 5 minutes

Grey Divider

AI Description

• Clarifies that re-runs of the same acceptance run share a run-ID concurrency group.
• Distinguishes uninterrupted running re-runs from pending re-runs replaced by newer ones.
High-Level Assessment

Clarifying the release guidance is sufficient: the workflow already keys re-runs by run ID and leaves running re-runs uninterrupted. No workflow change is needed.
