e2e: seed stale func v1.22.2 so knative, raw, and keda share one path - #216

v1.22.2 is the newest knative/func that still ships go/http middleware func-go v0.21.3 and has all three deployers. Current CLI (1.23+) ships v0.22.0, so the operator must redeploy. Use that seed for middleware update, ConfigMap autoUpdate, and registry imagePullSecrets. Drop the v1.20.2 knative-only skip. Workload lookup is still ksvc vs deploy; the fixture is the same.
