You're right, I misdiagnosed this. The failure was StalledReadStream.cs(12,32): error VSTHRD003, not a missing secret. Fixed in 61ff8df: ReadStarted is now WaitForReadStartedAsync, backed by a SemaphoreSlim that the stream disposes. The full local build and all 391 tests passed before the rebase. I rebased onto main, force-pushed, and removed Blocked. CI is running on the new head.
