Outcome

Credit Codex native transport, source attribution and continuation explicitly; explain when users do not need ThreadMesh and that no native-only benefit comparison exists. Publish reviewed native excerpts, receiver-owned diff and reduced structural audit, with no fake screenshot or reenactment. Preserve original histories privately and copy five recent CLI sample directories to a dated non-temporary local archive, matching original event commitments.

Implementation

Add a no-model native export audit utility and four regression tests. It emits no raw task IDs, paths, prompts or diffs; it checks supplied structure, not host authenticity or business correctness. Update bilingual README/product guides, evidence navigation, project status and roadmap. Next priority remains simpler Codex pairing, fewer relays, visible useful outcomes and independent-user success, not new harness machinery.

Validation

459 tests passed, one optional native test skipped; 55 schema and seven transition cases passed. Markdown lint passed after fixing a heading. Actual retained native exports pass the new audit; all five copied CLI event hashes match. No runtime package changes, additional model runs, global configuration changes, community replies or outreach.
