Outcome

• Prefer the official copied local-chat link over a global task inventory; keep setup scoped and separate from business sends.
• Complete a real public-workflow run in the original two Codex validation tasks: both setup confirmations, ordinary business change, one model-chosen A-to-B native send, original B own correct edit, and both stopped.
• Publish exact steps, separate setup/business timings, retained evidence hashes, same-version discovery diagnosis, bilingual instructions and current roadmap/status.

Verification

• Independent subagent acceptance of original native items and current artifacts: PASS.
• npm test: 460 passed, 1 optional native skip; 55 schema and 7 transition cases passed.
• Skill validation and Markdown lint passed.

Honest limits

Manager supplied documented deep-link format through native tools; no manual GUI keyboard-copy or independent-user claim. Native transport and continuation remain Codex capabilities. Source workflow update only; immutable alpha.3 CLI asset unchanged.
