Ship a no-install bilingual pairing helper for existing Codex tasks

User outcome

A browser page replaces manual editing of two long setup templates. Enter two copied local-chat links, choose a topic and advice mode, explicitly confirm, then copy each setup and open its original task. No backend, account, analytics, input storage or automatic send.

Verification

• 14 new pure generator and UI-state tests, including a reproduced and fixed clipboard race.
• Full npm test: 474 passed, 1 optional native skip.
• Actual Chrome check: generation, consent, copy success, controlled clipboard denial fallback, mode/input invalidation, language switch, 390px dark layout without overflow.
• Source-pinned known workflow; native API-change regression is running separately in the original two dedicated validation tasks.

Publication

Pinned GitHub Pages actions deploy only web/connect after merge. Public URL and README entry will be verified and wired up in the same delivery session, not reported ready from source-only checks.

This helper generates text; it does not establish a connection, transplant context or bypass native host/consent/quota limitations.
