Outcome

  • Restore original Codex tasks as the bilingual primary entry; the website is an optional text helper, not an agent demo or control plane.
  • Add native skill guidance for local versus peer readiness, unverified sends, read-only status and preserved stop. Pin public templates to the reviewed revision.
  • Reorder the active roadmap and mark the prior controlled pair complete; keep independent onboarding, persistent controls and native-only value unclaimed.

Verification

  • Skill validator passed in an isolated PyYAML environment; independent internal three-scenario review passed and its send-condition suggestion was incorporated.
  • 474 tests pass, one optional skip; documentation and diff checks pass.
  • Actual Chinese browser entry checked; all 14 helper regressions pass.
  • Original stopped receiver completed one read-only status check: full public workflow fetched, one selected-peer snapshot, no peer sends or edits. Correctly retained local stop, unknown unloaded peer and historical evidence distinction. Four business file hashes unchanged.
  • 141.667 seconds for that check is not an instant status service. Incomplete early host observations and final evidence are separately retained.

No release repack, new control service or independent GUI success claim.
