I added the banking chatbot sample in samples/banking-chatbot (samples/banking-chatbot/README.md). It includes seeded customer and transaction data, a Dozer profile transformation, a ClickHouse-backed profile API, and a LangChain chatbot that retrieves fictional credit-card products from Chroma. The setup guide (samples/banking-chatbot/README.md) includes a CDC smoke test.
