- Challenge ideas, claims, and implementations—not a person's worth.
- State uncertainty and correct the record when evidence changes.
- Give specific, actionable feedback with enough context to learn from it.
- Respect privacy, consent, attribution, and cultural differences.
- Make room for newcomers without lowering the standard of care.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, doxxing, sexualized attention, deliberate misinformation, abuse of private data, and sustained bad-faith disruption are not welcome.
Do not upload real personal, candidate, customer, journal, or conversation data to make a point or reproduce a bug unless every affected person explicitly authorized that disclosure.
