Removes .github/workflows/claude-review.yml.

  • Security: the job ran on every issue or review comment containing @claude, from any GitHub user, with contents: write, pull-requests: write and the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret. On a public repository, a stranger could trigger a workflow that follows the instruction in their comment, with write access. It was only harmless because the authentication itself failed.
  • It never worked: the last run on a pull request (2026-07-01) failed, and no run has ever posted a review.
  • Same removal as on READ-FILES-TECH (a5acc81).

Afterwards, the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY repository secret is read by no workflow and can be deleted.

Security: the job ran on every issue or review comment containing
"@claude", from ANY GitHub user, with contents: write, pull-requests:
write and the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret. On a public repository, that lets
a stranger trigger a workflow that follows the instruction in their
comment with write access to the code. It was only harmless because the
authentication itself failed: the last run on a pull request (2026-07-01)
failed, and no run has ever posted a review.

A job that never works but keeps write access and a credential is
surface without benefit. Same removal as on READ-FILES-TECH (a5acc81).

The ANTHROPIC_API_KEY repository secret is no longer read by any
workflow; it can be deleted separately.
