gocov v0.24.0 is released; this pins the CLI the component installs (was v0.23.0) and cuts 1.1.0. Merging this releases the component: 1.1.0 is tagged, mirrored to gitlab.com/gocov/gocov, and its pipeline publishes the CI/CD Catalog release.
