GAM 7.48.28: fixtures from GamGUI's merged bump - #74

The first run read ../gamgui mid-bump, so the fixtures named 71b7a32, which pins 7.48.26. Regenerated from a clone at GamGUI 2f35285 (#51, GAM 7.48.28); only the commit stamp changes.
