Description

Updates copyright year headers to 2026 across 1027 generated files in 21 in-scope packages (Retail through ShoppingMerchantDataSources).
All handwritten libraries, non-generated files, and out-of-scope packages have been excluded per the PHP migration tracker.

Packages Included:

Retail, Run, Scheduler, SecretManager, SecureSourceManager, SecurityCenter, SecurityCenterManagement, SecurityCompliance, SecurityPrivateCa, SecurityPublicCA, ServiceControl, ServiceDirectory, ServiceHealth, ServiceManagement, ServiceUsage, Shell, ShoppingCommonProtos, ShoppingCss, ShoppingMerchantAccounts, ShoppingMerchantConversions, ShoppingMerchantDataSources

Verification

Verifying that this branch contains exclusively copyright year changes (ignoring lines matching Copyright.*Google yields no diffs):

Command:

$ git diff -I "Copyright.*Google" main...chore/copyright-2026-part-9

Output:

(empty output - 0 diffs found)

Part 9 of 10 in the 2026 copyright update series.
