Align Lore 0.10 release docs and installation checks

Current documentation mixes historical 0.9 acceptance evidence with the implemented 0.10 CLI and output defaults. This aligns the current command/schema, onboarding, integration and migration guidance while preserving original acceptance ledgers and receipts.

Adds docs/RELEASE_010.md with actual clean-source installation/first-use results, compatibility checks, exact main CI links and a publication checklist. It distinguishes the 0.10.0 source version, passing engineering checks, unpublished release state and unmeasured real-agent efficacy. No product code, release/tag, repository settings or evaluation harness changes.

Validation:

• Installed an optimized CLI from a clean source archive into an empty target/install root using cached locked dependencies; the initial online attempt failed on sandbox DNS and is recorded.
• Exercised model-free first contact, both agent previews, configure-only output modes and removed/uninitialized contract errors with the installed CLI; verified no automatic writes before configuration.
• 77 existing focused Rust tests passed across 13 targets, including schema/default/fast contracts, historical evidence, headless migration/recovery, Engram retirement and OpenWiki authority. Local mock-server tests passed with host loopback access after sandbox denial.
• Changed-document links resolve; git diff --check passes. Historical main Linux/macOS/Windows and Guardian runs are green; this PR's checks are separate.

Empty dependency-cache/network installs, actual model-backed compilation and real-agent efficacy were not tested. No package registry availability is assumed or release publication authorized.
