hadron team channel now answers where the default team channel lives without requiring its id or address. It reuses team App resolution, reads app.defaultChannel identity, and copies the root node’s server-built portalUrl through the existing bounded NodePortal read. Output reports the server’s App URN and scope source. Text prints URL: verbatim, or a clear unavailable note; JSON exposes a nullable portalUrl in an explicit DTO.

Closes #489.

Implements CHECKED6391465004 / attach6391412603 and Holger optionA6391123393: channel wording in the shortcut; destination is the root node’s own page/channel view, no new portal route or App conversation-selector promise. Existing channel get/list and team chat commands remain unchanged. No transcript fetch, cursor mutation or binding start/change; authorized root read can record a read and decrypt internally, disclosed in help.

Validation: red-first71cb829; focused and full Go suites, lint, inventory and generation freshness pass.16 actual compiled-binary synthetic loopback text/JSON cases cover verbatim/null/concealed/denied/502 pointer, primary failures, exact two/one request budget. Unit request ASTs pin projections/refs; App flag/context/binding controls preserve binding bytes. Drop-URL and extra-selection mutants killed; equivalent assignment survives. Limits: no live stack/provider/browser destination test; destination relies on Gene6379693403 and the ruling. Old no-command path printed parent help/exit0 with no requests (the attach predicted usage exit); red pins the missing shortcut, not that guessed code. Legacy pre399 binding resolver unchanged, no new fixture for it. Initial harness compile errors corrected before validation. Seats pending exact-head CI green: cross-family BLIND + cross-family LOCAL, CLI QA; no UX/§10. No release/install.

Build, full tests, lint, unbound-ops and generate-drift clean on the exact head. Compiled binary against a stub that also returned transcript/node-content sentinels: the server-built URL is copied verbatim (JSON portalUrl, text URL:), requests are exactly one TeamChannelLocation plus one NodePortal, nothing else is read or written, extras never printed. Null/concealed/502 root read degrades to null + "no channel URL is available" (exit 0); FORBIDDEN exit 8, no default channel / no App exit 4, extra arg exit 2. Wording is "channel" throughout; channel get/list and team chat untouched.

P3-1: a transient root-read failure looks identical to "no link" (exit 0, null) — a stderr note would let agents tell them apart. P3-2: null line gives no reason. P3-3: legacy pre-#399 resolver has no fixture (unchanged).

• Built the exact head and drove hadron team channel against my own loopback fake GraphQL server: exactly two read queries (TeamChannelLocation, NodePortal), no mutation, no transcript/cursor call; server URL printed byte for byte, root id used with chatRootUrn null.
• Pointer null/concealed/denied/502 all degrade (exit 0, text "no channel URL is available", JSON portalUrl: null, no error text echoed); App error, no App, no default channel and first-read 502 refuse (exit 1/4/4/7).
• Scope source from --app, config and binding verified (binding file hash unchanged); channel get/list help and output identical to the merge-base build; PR's own tests pass.

Optional LOCAL P3 dispositions:

• Pointer error vs absent/concealed/unset URL: retain the same null/unavailable result without exposing a pointer-error diagnostic. This is the stamped best-effort contract inherited from Show canonical chat-root node URL in channel get #1018 and explicitly documented. A missing link does not establish why it is missing; no additional diagnostic distinction or retry instruction is introduced. P3-1/P3-2 left unfiled because this is intentional accepted behavior, not an unresolved implementation defect.
• Legacy pre-feat(team): drop -m from the worklog path — the bound worker's App IS the worklog home #399 fixture: no new fixture for that branch; existing shared resolver is unchanged. P3-3 explicitly left unfiled as no action requested for this cut; limits retain that coverage gap.

Request-budget clarification from independent QA: the shortcut itself performs the default-channel read plus optional NodePortal. A real live binding can additionally trigger the pre-existing GetBoundSessionEnd read in shared binding recovery. This is read-only, not a channel transcript/cursor call or new binding mutation. The two-request count from the unbound/explicit-App fixture is not claimed as an unconditional total for every bound invocation. Celine independently checked the binding hash stayed unchanged.

All independent execution here is synthetic loopback; no real portal/browser or production claim.

Input: diff only (gh pr diff 1069, 498 lines) plus the fixed blind prompt, in a context-free one-shot run (claude -p --safe-mode --tools "" --strict-mcp-config, empty directory; no repo, issue, gate, PR body, chat or peer verdicts).

P3s (optional, non-blocking), as recorded:

• channel_location.go:68-73: every NodePortal error becomes portalUrl: null with exit 0, including context cancellation, timeouts and expired auth. Consider making ctx.Err() != nil fatal.
• Test handler (team_channel_location_489_test.go:51-65):
  • fields[0] is indexed before the length check, and the *ast.Field type assertions are unchecked (both can panic).
  • t.Fatal is called from the handler goroutine.
  • calls is appended without a mutex (may trip -race).
• app.id is selected but unused. The error text "no team App is readable here" doesn't name the ref that was tried.
• Missing tests:
  • An empty chatRootNodeId makes no NodePortal call.
  • --app vs binding precedence.
• The "must not contain chat" assertions could break on a slug like chatops.
• Unverifiable from the diff: no prior team channel parent command collides, generated.go is clean genqlient output, and the NodePortal selection.

Diagnostic/cancellation enhancement intentionally unfiled for this bounded cut; not claimed fixed.
2. Root read effects and a future Channel.portalUrl: disclosed; the existing authorized NodePortal path was explicitly accepted by Vera/gate. No Channel.portalUrl field exists in the committed SDL. Server companion is optional future design, left unfiled because this dispatch explicitly delivers the accepted two-step path.
3. appSource prose, unused app.id, vague initial error, test naming: retained as nonblocking design/polish, left unfiled because no demonstrated behavior defect requires a change; App identity/error still conceals visibility, scope source is explicitly represented in this new DTO.
